The shoe is made of black leather. It has a shaped heel and a pointed toe. The front of the shoe features a diamante buckle upon a 4 folds of horizontal taffeta with a folded taffeta frill above. The buckle is oval with 2 rectangular bars at the ends of the horizontal folds. The Gold stamp saying 'The BritaBan Shoe' is found on the inner sole. The shoes would have been part of an evening ensemble.
